Your company registers on the official WorkinRomania platform and, once approved, is automatically included in the Register of Foreign Workers’ Employers (R.A.S.).

FIRM JOB OFFER & PLACEMENT
Formalising the employment
- Once the candidate is selected, TrustCore coordinates the required documentation, including the firm job offer, service agreement and tripartite placement agreement between the agency, employer and worker.
- The individual employment contract is concluded between the Romanian employer and the worker.

SINGLE APPLICATION & D/AM2 VISA
Digital submission through WorkinRomania
- For eligible D/AM2 workers, TrustCore submits the Single Application on behalf of the registered employer through WorkinRomania.gov.ro.
- The competent authorities assess the application within the statutory timeframe. Following approval, the worker applies for the long-stay employment visa at the relevant Romanian diplomatic mission or consular office.
- Estimated timeframe: up to 30 days for the Single Application + up to 30 days for the visa decision
- Actual processing times may vary depending on the authorities, consular mission and individual case.

Work Permit Process
To hire a non-Eu worker in Romania, companies must submit documents to IGI. Below is a standard checklist:
- Company Registration Certificate (CUI)
- Fiscal attestation certificate (CAF) with no tax debt
- Certificate of good standing (Certificat constatator from the Trade Registry)
- Job description and details of the vacant position
- Copy of company representative’s ID
- Power of attorney for one of our representatives
- Employment offer/contract draft for the future employee
- €100 fee paid on behalf of the company at the Treasury office of jurisdiction

- Letter of Guarantee (confirming job and responsibilities)

Temporary residence
We assist your non-EU workers in obtaining the temporary residence card, according to IGI standards.
- Copy of the work permit
- Signed employment contract ( registered with ITM - Romanian Labor Authority)
- Company Registration Certificate
- Letter of Employment Confirmation
- REGES print screen and Employee Report from REVISAL

CHANGE OF EMPLOYER
We assist with all formalities to legally transfer non-EU workers to your company, with IGI compliance, obtaining new work permit.
- Company Registration Certificate (CUI)
- Fiscal attestation certificate (CAF) with no tax debt
- Job description and details of the vacant position
- Copy of company representative’s ID
- Power of attorney for one of our representatives
- Employment offer/contract draft for the future employee
- Release letter from the previous employer and NOC letter
- €25 fee paid on behalf of the company at the Treasury office of jurisdiction
